Welcome to 2018 everyone! Thank you so much for working with us in these past years, and let's buckle up for another amazing ride! We have bands touring all over the US and we have never been so optimistic about the future of live music as we are right now. We can't wait to work with you!

John Kadlecik is doing some quick running across the US in January and can pick up solo Acousti'Lectric dates immediately. We are seeking JAN 20 in Cincinnati, Dayton, Yellow Springs areas of OH, JAN 21 is TN, could seek routing dates heading west for confirmed JAN 24 show in Tulsa, seeking JAN 25 in Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Los Alamos areas. Full John Kadlecik Band touring is confirmed for FEB 15-17 in Colorado and we're seeking additional options in Colorado, heading east and south with holds March 7-11 in Florida and then wanting to head northeast for March 15-18 range. And festival season is around the corner, get on it!

The Alchemystics are headed out on some of their biggest extended runs in years. The band is tighter than ever, and we're booking shows in the northeast for FEB and beyond now.

We are so happy to be working with Jocelyn & Chris Arndt - this full band has multiple releases and hit the AAA Top 40 charts to end 2017 (#37.) They are touring the country right now, have amazing support in publicity and radio everywhere they go, and we're booking them for northeastern dates in FEB (seeking FEB 1, 2, 15, 16) and routing for SXSW in March. We've already made some big plans for them for festival season and major announcements are coming soon.

Bella's Bartok just had a triumphant end to 2017 with a sold out show in Greenfield MA at the Root Cellar where the audience was filled with costumes and giant puppets, it was a site to behold. We are actively seeking out festival booking for them right now for this season, and RA Sue Paquet is constantly seeking routing dates all over the US for them as they tour constantly.

Beau Sasser's Escape Plan has available dates to consider for April 19 - 22.

Erin Harpe and the Delta Swingers
are climbing all sorts of charts and getting accolades left and right for their second full length release on Vizztone, Big Road. We've got avails throughout winter and spring: FEB 9, 23 March 2, 10, 16, 17, 30, 31 all northeast routing.

Freekbass has a fun run set up at the end of January, and a new album in the can. Cincinnati's own is bringing in Grammy winners left and right to help create one of the funkiest albums of all time. We're booking dates for winter and spring and would love to land the brothership with y'all.

Start Making Sense ended the year with colossal shows in Boston, Providence, Albany Pittsburgh, DC, Scranton and a sold out Ardmore music hall New Year's Eve show. January and February will be their typical hiatus, and they are returning with a vengeance in March. We have very few dates left before June, and are trying to fill a New England run May 17 - 20 range. Then in June we'll be looking at returning to some familiar markets.

Flux Capacitor will also take a break in January and will return with dates in February. Seeking FEB 9/10 within striking distance of their Pennsylvania headquarters. The band is already on some major festivals this upcoming season and we'd love to work with you to bring them to y'all. Touring is already scheduled in New England and all around the Mid Atlantic.

We are so proud to be working with Philadelphia's Swift Technique. It's a new band for us and we just know you are going to love them. Full of horns and fury, they are ready to hit your town. They are on Frozen Harbor festival in Baltimore already, and we're working on a big slate of festivals for 2018. Check 'em out!

TreeHouse! has a new album getting ready to be birthed. The new couple of weeks sees them in Florida. February sees shows all over the southeast, and we're considering national touring and festival scheduling currently.
LMNR Logo In the News, the First Church of the Sacred Silversexual honor David Bowie's Legacy, Cabinet announces an indefinite hiatus, and Bob Weir sits in with John Kadlecik. Reviews are in for Arlene's Grocery welcoming Flux and Baked Shrimp, Samantha Fish at the Sinclair, and Alisan Porter at the Catalina Jazz Club.

We're seeking out new writers all the time, so please hit us at with your ideas. Traffic has radically increased lately, and we have been able to garner press passes for some contributors to get to shows they never thought possible. Consider the glory!

Getting your music to stand out from the crowd takes a strong band brand, strategic planning and consistent execution. The Simon Says Publicity Department offers bands and musicians wrap-around marketing and publicity services that not only make the job of marketing your music easier, we make it more effective. We continue to offer bands traditional publicity services, most recently with clients like Steal Your Peach, Roots of Creation and Rev Tor's "Last Waltz Live." We’ve also expanded to provide day-to-day band marketing implementation services, currently working with the Skatalites, Max Creek, the Alchemystics, Erin Harpe & the Delta Swingers, Lovewhip, and Rebel Alliance. The Simon Says Publicity Department is also available for comprehensive Band Branding and Marketing Plan projects. Most recently, we finished a project with the PA-based freak funk band, Dr Slothclaw, Kirtan, Fire in the Field, and are currently working with crossover tribute Steal Your Peach Band, fusing together the music of the Grateful Dead and Allman Brothers Band.

Be sure to hit up Kelly to find out how we can help you reach the next level!

TRIBUTE BANDS APLENTY! Box of Rain is doing really well with well attended markets and shows in PA, DC, MD and NJ. Deadbeat has New England on lock down and has some avails to end 2017 and into winter and spring of 18. Bob Marley tribute band, Duppy Conquerors, is spreading their wings and bringing Nesta's message to folks all over the northeast. The Last Waltz Live is recreating one of the most significant concerts and concert films in history, and we have an innovative plan that involves musicians from your region to help populate the cast and the audience. And we have more options for you, too including tributes to the Allman Brothers, a Dead / Allmans mashup, and tributes to David Bowie and more.
