Spring can be glorious, no? We're so happy that the storm clouds may be breaking- but we are also very thankful for a winter that this year had, what's that called? SNOW! We had the great luck to visit many ski areas this year and we'd like to thank all of y'all out there who hired our bands to play in winter wonderlands. It's not too late to book some April ski time if you're so inclined- we know those snow storms in late March brought you some music loving skiers!

We are chest deep in booking the first national Roots of Creation tour in quite a while- We are still seeking out options including May 9-11 from the East toward Colorado (NE, IA, MO etc being sought); seeking May 12-14 in Colorado- we are very excited to announce a tour of the West with Six60, and festivals from California Roots to Camp Bisco for RoC this Spring into Summer. May 30 is Lawrence KS and June 1 is Cincinnati so we'd love to have May 31 in Chicago or Indianapolis or somewhere Midwest. C'mon, you know it's time for you to RoC out!!

Taj Weekes and Adowa are on national tour and we're seeking out May 25/26 in VA or the Carolinas leading to May 27 in Knoxville TN and May 28 at KY reggae festival. May 30 and 31 are Pgh and Cinci and we're seeking out options for western NY, western PA or Ohio for June 1-4. Tour starts again end of June with shows in VA and PA June 23, 24 so we are seeking out more options to surround those, and then July 1 is SW Colorado so more Colorado options for June 28-30 in the front range would be great. July 4 is Cali, July 8 is Utah, July 23 is Wisconsin- so lots of western opportunities for fans of this troubadour world musician from St Lucia. August 1-12 in the northeast has major festival and concert series plays with plenty of room for more. Western touring again with Montana at the end of August. Taj wants to share his music and stories of his visit to Standing Rock- and maybe some Caribbean cooking- concert series, club dates, festivals, house concerts are all possible.

Freekbass is hitting it hard having just been added to Summercamp festival in IL for end of May- we have routing throughout the East with avails anywhere from New England to Florida for the rest of 2017. We'd love to put together a run to the West if there were some major funk fans ready to throw down. Seeking April 27 or 29 to route with a TN festival play; seeking mid Atlantic options for July 6, 7, or 9 to go with a PA festival, and plenty of avails all throughout the eastern US.

Erin Harpe and the Delta Swingers are currently routing a major national tour to Texas and back- RA Sue Paquet (insert email link) is currently routing dates from the northeast through Virginia, the Carolinas, through the center of the US and down to Texas and back throughout all of July- there are plenty of dates left on that run and we can squeeze in buyers in the northeast who want to pick up shows for the Swingers or Lovewhip.

Wobblesauce is about to embark on their first set of dates in quite some times with a ton of plays throughout the northeast. We're currently fielding offers for them this summer in the East, late August we're considering a run to the southeast, early September sees them visiting Ohio. A new album is about to drop, a great new lineup is intact including new members who are veterans of touring with Dopapod and Indobox, and a new lighting system is in place.

Black Masala is crushing it out of Washington DC- a great run to the Midwest, their first already has dates in Columbus on Jun 19, IL on 20, seeking June 21 in IL or IN, 22 is in Laporte IN, seeking 23 in IN or Ohio and June 24 ends that run in West Virginia. We're currently taking dates in May in the Mid Atlantic, have plenty of room in July and lots of routing everywhere from New England to the southeast. Their unique blend of ethnic sounds with some deep funk is getting everyone to notice.

Bella's Bartok are playing everywhere from the east to Chicago and back between now and the Fall. During that time they will also be writing and recording a new album, in between plays at clubs, festivals, concert series and tattoo parlors. Ladies and Gentlemen- get ready to Change Your Life. One of our hottest bands, this troupe of creative troubadours are changing the game.

We're booking runs for the Skatalites including a June run that already has confirmed dates in Woodstock and RI, and we can look at New England or Mid Atlantic plays June 5-9, 11-12. August is already confirmed in NH for a great reggae festival on August 5th and we can look at anything from the end of July through early August. The band is on the road after some international travel with a confirmed show in WI on SEP 16th and we can look at the north, Midwest and more from SEP 8 - whenever. Celebrating over fifty years as the most storied ska and reggae band on earth, the Skatalites are going strong with Jamaican veterans and younger musicians throughout the band.

Flux Capacitor is hitting festivals all over the northeast, have just completed their first tour to Colorado, and are releasing new music and videos all the time. There seems to be a never ending supply of energy and creative jams coming out of these three brothers from Pennsylvania. Their on stage technique is intuitive, fluid and down right psychic. Recent pairings with the Werks, Papadosio, Pink Talking Fish and others have shown that they have a versatility that is seldom matched.

LMNR Logo In the News, new video with Jack Grace and Norah Jones. Green Day at the DCU Center is in Show Reviews. Element Music Festival is Previewed. Jo Henley is in the Band Spotlight. Twelve People in a Party Van is the Artist Review by Force.

We're seeking out new writers all the time, so please hit us at lmnandr at gmail dot com with your ideas. Traffic has radically increased lately, and we have been able to garner press passes for some contributors to get to shows they never thought possible. Consider the glory!

We continue to offer bands traditional publicity services, most recently with clients like Roots of Creation and Rev Tor's "Last Waltz Live." We’ve also expanded to provide day-to-day band marketing implementation services, currently working with Max, Erin Harpe & the Delta Swingers, Lovewhip, and Rebel Alliance.

The Simon Says Publicity Department is also available for comprehensive Band Branding and Marketing Plan projects. Most recently we finished a project with the PA-based freak funk band Dr. Slothclaw, and are currently working with solo artist Lisa Ellingsen, the Canada-based jam fusion outfit the Chameleon Project and Boston’s Jo Henley. Start Making Sense
is booked out through early summer but we have some avails in July and August, are seeking routing in northern NH and Maine for September 15 in association with a festival play in Canada. Some co-bill touring with Pink Talking Fish is happening in October with confirms in PA and NYC already, and late OCT options for both bands to come together. Seeking out New Year's Eve options now, too.

SMS is also launching a David Bowie tribute called Band from Mars who are seeking out options for summer and fall plays. Brothers Jesse and Jon Braun from SMS are bringing in an amazing group of musicians to showcase the Thin White Duke's amazing catalog. Additionally Jon Braun is back with his old band Insidious Rays whose original sound has a cult following that is currently being resurrected. We are seeking May 27th en route to their first appearance at the Strangecreek Campout anywhere in New England.

We are very pleased to be working with two great new bands also: Bob Marley tribute band Duppy Conquerors have spent the last several years honing the skills with a Monday night series in Boston- we've been hearing rumors of how great they were for years and now we're presenting them to anyone in New England who wants an amazing Bob Marley show.

Kwame Binea and Shakedown are out of NY / NJ and are ready to hit the road with a new album coming out in May. There is an original song written by Jimmy Cliff that the world will hear for the first time on Kwame's latest release. The album is produced by Vernon Reid of Living Color and we're expecting to make big waves with them. Their sound is a great mix of funk, r&b, southern inflected blues and more. The band can range from a 4 piece tight club band to a 7 piece band with horns ready to tear the roof off of any festival stage.
